To change your password, follow these steps.
Full vNet Cloud Account:
- Click on any open vNet application (such as Outlook), press CTRL+ALT+END on the keyboard (NOTE: NOT CTRL+ALT+DEL)
- Select the 'Change Password option
- Enter your current password in the first box, and your new password (at least 7 characters) in the next two boxes, click the arrow button
- Make sure to change the account password on any devices that connect to the Exchange Email service (such as your smartphone) as well
Option 2 (for either full vNet cloud users or email-only users):

- Sign in and enter your current and new password
- Save the changes
