To change your password, follow these steps.


Full vNet Cloud Account:

  1. Click on any open vNet application (such as Outlook), press CTRL+ALT+END on the keyboard (NOTE: NOT CTRL+ALT+DEL)
  2. Select the 'Change Password option
  3. Enter your current password in the first box, and your new password (at least 7 characters) in the next two boxes, click the arrow button
  4. Make sure to change the account password on any devices that connect to the Exchange Email service (such as your smartphone) as well


Option 2 (for either full vNet cloud users or email-only users):

  1. Click this link:
  2. Sign in and enter your current and new password
  3. Save the changes
