First, you need to install the TSScan client application. Make sure you have signed completely out of the portal and all vNet applications before installing the client.
1. CLICK HERE to download the scanning client
2. RUN the installation file
3. Follow the steps to complete the installation
4. Sign on to the portal and launch the TSScan application
5. Set the file type to PDF
6. Click the folder icon and choose a location to save your scans
7. Set your paper size
8. Click the Scan button and follow the prompts to scan, your scan will automatically be uploaded and saved to your chosen SCAN folder
