1) Make sure there are no warning messages or error lights active on the device
2) Verify that the USB or Ethernet cable (if applicable) is connected firmly at both ends
3) Try printing a test page
a) Click Start, Printers
b) Right-click the printer and select Printer Properties
c) Click on 'Print test page'
d) If this prints, make sure the application you're printing from is selecting the correct printer
e) Make sure the correct printer is set as the default (right-click, set as default)
4) Power Cycle the printer
5) If it still will not print, reboot the computer as well
6) Try another printer if possible, this will help determine if the printer or computer is causing the issue
