Users can submit spam that was missed to the team that manages the spam filter by following these steps:


1. Create a new email in Outlook

2. Address the email to support.missed@avgcloud.net

3. Set the subject as Missed Spam

4. Click 'Attach Item' at the top-middle of the new message window, pick Outlook Item

5. Find and attach any junk mail that was missed and attach using this method

6. Send the email, there will be no reply but this puts it in the queue to be analyzed and helps the filter to pick up the new spam patterns
