Windows 7 may exhibit connection issues, or display issues when connecting to RemoteApps using the old 7.1 client version. 

To check your Remote Desktop version, click the Start button and search for Remote Desktop. Launch the Remote Desktop program, click the icon at the top-left of the window, select About. This will show you your current client version (7.1, 8.0, or 8.1).

If you are not running version 8.1, upgrade the RDP client to version 8.1 following the path below.

Download the ZIP file below, and run the updates in order (they are numbered).

Reboot your PC as prompted.

Try logging into your RemoteApp after all updates are complete.
