This is a known issue with IE 10+ in SharePoint. To resolve, simply add the SharePoint site to the Compatibility View list...

Sign in to the SharePoint site from IE
Press ALT, click on Tools, Compatibility view settings
Click 'Add' next to the web address in the box
Click the Close button
Refresh the site
